  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled without refund or reschedule.

Products (Candles, Oils, Crystals, etc.)

  • All product sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos to request a replacement or store credit.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our handmade spiritual items are crafted with care—please allow time for preparation and packaging.

Shipping Method

We currently ship via UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Locations

We ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, email us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has shipped, Lady Jay’s All Thangs Spiritual is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

  • For damaged deliveries, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact UPS directly.

Incorrect Shipping Info
