Processing Time

Orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returned Packages / Reshipping

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we may offer replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, you must contact the carrier first. We may assist with documentation, but we do not refund or replace packages marked delivered.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
